Shorts are trickier than they look.
Five inches works on a shorter build and rides too high on a taller one. Go longer and it drowns the shorter guy while looking shapeless on everyone else. Most brands pick a side.
We built the one in the middle. A 6-inch short that works whether you are tall or short, and that you feel is different the moment you put it on.
Most training shorts are four panels. This is more than eight. Double the usual, with a flex gusset, 4-way stretch, integrated zip pockets, and a wide elastic waistband with a centred drawcord. More panels means more shape, so it holds a structured, considered line instead of hanging flat.
Gym. Run. Coffee afterward. Same short.

The flat elastic waistband with a centre drawcord gives additional stretch beyond these ranges. Between sizes? Size up for more room through the waist.

No liner. Built for use with compression shorts or briefs for full range of motion and maximum airflow.
