Rates & Delivery Options

• Standard Shipping: Free on orders over R1,100 (flat rate of R109 for orders under R1,100).
• Express Shipping (R199): 1–2 business day delivery available for major metros.

Please Note: Delivery to outlying or regional areas may take an additional 1–2 days, so Express Shipping does not guarantee a 1–2 day delivery timeframe for non-metro locations.

Your final shipping rate and delivery options will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, it moves to a courier for delivery. You will receive tracking so you can follow it from dispatch to your door.

Tracking
Tracking details are sent to you when your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within a few business days of ordering, start a live chat and we will check on it.
